Rebecca has shown enough property to walk the floor plans in most condominium properties with her eyes closed, and is particularly adept at residential property analysis. She also generates much of the team's ad copy and newletter copy as well as market reports.

Rebecca and her husband moved to the Emerald Coast from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and have been members of the local business community for over 25 years. Currently residing in the Santa Rosa Beach area, Rebecca is the team's South Walton connection.

Born in Bangkok, Thailand, Maria has lived in the Destin and Fort Walton area since 1979. Maria has been affiliated with Abbott Realty since 1991. She began her affiliation with the company that is now ResortQuest in property management where she became familiar with both condominium properties and the operation of vacation rentals.

After obtaining a degree in marketing from the University of West Florida, Maria joined the real estate sales team, and eventually teamed with Rebecca.
